安徽矽索信息科技有限公司，位于合肥留學生園內。矽索主創人員具有歐美創業背景并成功獲得國外VC風險投資，目前與Comverse和Rothco公司開展了項目合作,聯合成功開發了產品“Voicemail Control”產品，成為Comverse在歐洲語音電話管理的專用軟件。“Digital Noise Control”，“Digital Music Mark”，已經為國外版權協會IFPI，MPAA指定使用。矽索主創人員持有幾項國際專利，如“Voicemail Protection System” 專利簡要如下：“According to the present invention there is provided a voicemail protection system comprising: means for obtaining an audio file corresponding to a voicemail message left by a caller to a subscriber of said voicemail system; means for successively encrypting the audio file with at least one cryptographic key, said at least one key including a key agreed between said caller and said subscriber for at least said message……”。
“Audio Watermarking”，簡要如下：“According to the present invention there is provided a method of providing a digital watermark in an audio signal according to claim 1.According to a second aspect there is provided a method of extracting a digital watermark from an audio signal according to claim 13. In further aspects there are provided a corresponding encoder, a decoder, a 30 computer program product and an audio signal watermarked according to the invention……”。
